The National Board is pleased to present Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2025.
The annual report linked below relate to the business of the Annual General Meeting which will be held at 10 am on Thursday 20 November 2025 the Banquet Hall, Parliament Buildings, Wellington. The Annual Report contains the reports listed in Rule 5.3 (c) of the Rural Women NZ rules.
The Board has determined that, to ensure adequate voting strength at this year’s Annual General Meeting, to utilise the provision of Rule 5.12 and allow postal voting for the Annual Reports.
If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting in person but wish to vote on the proposed motions, you may complete and return the postal voting form which accompanies the posted Annual Report.
Completed voting papers must be received by the National Office by post or email by 5pm Monday 17 November 2025.
The Annual Report also contains the remits for discussion and voting at the Annual General Meeting. The remits will be discussed at the Annual General Meeting and only Members attending the meeting will be able to vote on the remits.

The proposed constitution is in the annual report and additional information and webinars from the consultation process can be found in the Proposed RWNZ Constitution section of the Member Zone.

A proposed constitution discussion will be held for those who are interested in the changes that were made during the consultation process. We will send a reminder to you all on the day. Tuesday 4 November 5-6pm. Link to join here:

The Annual Report and Voting papers have been posted to your address.

To vote, use the voting paper enclosed and follow the instructions provided.

Return your vote by scanning or photographing and emailing your completed papers to elections@ruralwomennz.nz or posting, using the self-addressed envelope provided.

Voting closes: 5pm, 17 November.
